Shipping policy

Please allow 4–8 weeks for the production of Custom and Made-to-Order items and a minimum of 12 weeks for bridal pieces. This timeframe refers to production only and does not include shipping. Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched within 3–4 business days. Delivery time is approximately 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the listed prices. These charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You will receive email updates as your order progresses, including a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
