In accordance with Swedish consumer protection law, online purchases are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to items that are custom-made, made-to-order, or clearly personalized.

As our Custom and Made-to-Order pieces are created specifically for you, they are therefore non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange.
